The current General Conditions of Sale are established between:
Orders will be delivered to the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe and the US. We do not deliver to Ceuta and Melilla.
These conditions are applicable exclusively to clients, not being allowed in any case the resale of the products purchased.
Placing an order implies the acceptance of the current General Conditions of Sale by the client, as well as any other conditions specified in the client's order.
The object of the current general conditions of sale is to define the different modalities of sales between the CLIENT and MINYMUM, from the time the order was placed, the delivery and payment, to the after sales service.
The client can process their order in the following ways:
Via Internet (recommended), through the web page www.minymum.com, following the procedure explained on the web (how to place an order).
By telephone, calling the number +34 918.104.22.168 from Monday to Friday from 09am to 2pm.
To place an order, the customer must provide their personal data requested by any of the above procedures, unless they already have a customer number.
The placing of an order by the client implies the full and whole acceptance of our prices, the description of the products on sale and the General conditions of sale, as well as any other specified conditions in each order.
MINYMUM shall inform the client as soon as possible, of the lack of availability of the requested product.
Deliveries shall take place at the indicated address to process the order. Orders will be delivered by courier service within a maximum of 48/72 hours (Spain), 4-10 working days (Europe), 7-25 working days (rest of the world) for products in stock. In the case of not having stock available Minymum will inform you of the estimated date of delivery. The final delivery date will depend on the brand and the transport.
The final delivery can take from 48/72 hours to 8 weeks depending on the type of product and brand.
Deliveries will be carried out from Monday to Friday, on working days.
MINYMUM undertakes to deliver the items it has in stock or in the available stock of its suppliers. Availability is subject to sales.
If the product is available, but outside the delivery period agreed between the supplier and MINYMUM, the client will be notified of the new estimated delivery time. If an item is out of stock, it will be replaced again as soon as possible. For cases in which there is no stock, the articles will be withdrawn from the web as soon as possible.
MINYMUM will deliver the items ordered within the specified times, unless otherwise stated.
In order to track an order in progress, the CLIENT can check its status by logging into 'my account' on the web page www.minymum.com, and going into "my orders".
The user can choose between the following methods of payment:
CARD PAYMENT: in the case of payment by card the client will be connected securely to the POS terminal (Terminal point of sale of the Bank), where they will need to enter their card details. This connection is 100% secure.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL: in the case of payment via Paypal the client will be redirected to the Paypal platform where they must sign in with their username and password in order to make the payment.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: If the client selects this method of payment, they will receive a copy of their order in their email with the account number where they will need to make a transfer, stating their name and order reference number. Once the transfer has been recorded in our account (usually 1-2 working days) we shall proceed to dispatch the order.
Prices displayed on the MINYMUM website are always VAT inclusive.
A fixed cost for packaging and shipping will be added to each order. The amount will depend on the destination. You can find the shipping and handling charges on the Minymum web page.
The buyer has 5 days from the day of delivery of the order to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without indicating the reasons thereof.
The client will be responsible for all expenses incurred as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, as well as any deterioration of the product.
The client must exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the product to MINYMUM following the instructions described in the "Return policy" section.
In the event of lack of conformity, the client can choose between an exchange, the repair of the product or the refund of the amount corresponding to the price and shipping costs incurred.
The repair and/or replacement of an item will be free of charge and shall be carried out within a reasonable time from the notification of the lack of conformity by the client .
In the case that the customer opts for an exchange, if the new order amount is greater than the amount of the item/s returned, the client will have to pay for the difference.
Otherwise, if the new order amount is less than the initial amount, MINYMUM will refund the difference to the client.
MINYMUM ensures that treatment of personal data shall be carried out under strict security levels that prevent their loss, tampering with or unauthorized access.

The current conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between related parties.
In the event that one of the clauses of the current conditions was void of full right, this will not affect the rest of the conditions.
The present conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In order to resolve any discrepancies that may arise in the enforcement and interpretation of the present contract, the parties are subject to the courts of law of the domicile of origin of MINYMUM.
