Return and exchange policy

If you do not like a product, you have changed you mind, or you want to change your size, colour... you have 5 working days to return or exchange the item, outside this period Minymum does not accept changes or refunds.


  1. Send an email to our support service postventa@minymum.com before proceeding with the return telling us which items you wish to return or exchange

  2. Wait until you receive a confirmation email from us with a reference number.

    In case of returning an item without a reference number Minymum reserves the right to accept such return.

  3. Once you have received the return reference number you should proceed to send us the item(s) to our address . You have two options:

    • Send it yourself
    • or request our pick-up service through our courier service (recommended). In this case the cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  4. The returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags, inside their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

    IN CASE OF AN EXCHANGE: changes in product size, colour,... will be subject to availability. If the item you requested is not available, you will be given the date in which the item will be available again. If you are not satisfied with the expected date of delivery and do not want to wait we will proceed to do a refund. Changes of underwear are not accepted.

    IN THE CASE OF A RETURN: In the event that the product is faulty, it will be changed for another one or it will be repaired. Delivery time will depend on the availability of the new product or the repair. We will always inform you of expected delivery times. If you are not satisfied with the expected date of delivery and do not want to wait we will proceed to do a refund. Underwear returns are not accepted.

  5. The return transport costs shall be borne by the customer. The amount of the return postage will be the same as that of delivery in the case of opting for our pick-up service.

    Minymum shall bear the cost of returning and shipping an item only in the following cases:

    • If by mistake the size or the colour of the model received is not the one requested by the customer.
    • If the product is faulty or has suffered some kind of damage during shipment.
    • If we send you the wrong item.
  6. Once we receive the returned item(s) in our facilities and we check that they are in perfect state we will send an e-mail to confirm receipt and refund.

    The refund will take place in the shortest possible time after reception and verification of the merchandise. The refund procedure of the Bank may vary and therefore Minymum cannot guarantee a specific date.
